Why login?

 

When you login, you will be able to:

  • Access/update your account information
  • Access order history
  • Access and auto-fill saved shipping addresses to expedite check-out
  • Request Bill-to payment option at checkout (if your account is eligible – click here for details)
  • View any special GPO and/or professional association pricing for which you are eligible
  • View special ASCP member pricing – you must enter your ASCP member number at login*

 


 

*Forgot your ASCP member number?  

  • Member number is included on your ASCP membership card 
  • Call MED-PASS (800-438-8884) or ASCP customer service (800-355-2727).                

 


 

Logging in on the new site

If you were registered on the old med-pass.com and/or heaton.org sites, you are now registered on the new med-pass.com. You can login using the same email address and password. If you registered on med-pass.com and heaton.org with different passwords, login using your med-pass.com email address and password. 

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on the web site. At this time, you would need to re-enter your email address and password. 

You can log out by clicking "Log out” found at the top left of all pages.

 


 

Saving Billing and Shipping Info

During Checkout, you can change the billing or shipping address by clicking the down arrow on the "Select a shipping address from your address book or enter a new address" field and selecting "New Address".  To save the billing or shipping address you must click the "Save in address book" checkbox then click 'Continue'.    

When saving your billing and shipping info, enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect info may slow order processing. 

 


 

Using Your Address Book

You can save an unlimited number of addresses. We will not contact you or your address list unless we have a specific question regarding your order.
