Description

The Early Warning “Stop and Watch" supports all care staff including CNAs, dietary and housekeeping staff in the role of observing for and identifying a potential change in a resident’s condition.

STOP AND WATCH is an acronym which arranged vertically provides a list of condition changes that staff can observe for and document by circling the letter and communicating the possible change to nursing staff.
