Shipping and Handling

Expedited or standard orders received Monday - Friday by 3:30PM EST ship same day*. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart (with exceptions as noted below in Shipping Options). This information will also appear in your order confirmation email. 

*Delays are possible due to need for clarification of order or payment information.  In this case, you will be contacted promptly by MED-PASS customer service.

FedEx delivers to businesses Monday - Friday.  Deliveries to residential addresses are available Tuesday - Saturday.

Shipping Options 

    • Packages

      Package shipments are sent via FedEx.  A wide variety of FedEx shipping options are provided including standard ground, first and second day air, three day ground, and more.  Shipment options are displayed in the purchase/check-out process.


    • Bulk Shipments

      Shipments in excess of 200 lbs qualify for Multi Weight discount shipping.  Unless you select a shipping option other than FedEx Ground, Multi Weight shipping will be used where it is applicable. Multi Weight shipping costs cannot be displayed during Checkout, in Order Summary or Order Confirmation but you will be invoiced at the discounted Multi Weight shipping costs.

  • Truck – if you select FedEx Ground, bulk shipments that can be shipped on a skid or pallet to accounts coded to indicate the availability of a dock for receiving will be shipped via truck.  Shipping costs and delivery times via truck cannot be displayed during Checkout, in Order Summary or Order Confirmation but you will be invoiced at the discounted truck shipment costs.

International

Three shipping options are provided for international shipments:

  • US Postal:
    • Priority Mail International – approx. 6-10 days depending upon location.
  • FedEx:
    • International Priority - approx. 1-3 days depending upon location.
    • International Economy - approx. 2-5 days depending upon location.

Actual shipping cost may vary from that displayed at the time you place your order.  MED-PASS will contact you via email to advise the actual shipping cost and confirm you wish the order to proceed.

Customs, taxes, tariffs and other related fees are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Canada  

The FedEx shipping option provided for shipping to Canada:FedEx Canada Map

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories  

In addition to FedEx, the option to ship an order to Hawaii, Alaska or a US Territory via United States Priority Mail is available.  Ship time via United States Priority Mail is approximately 5-7 business days. 

 


Multiple Shipments

When a single order results in multiple shipments due to a backorder for an out-of-stock product, MED-PASS customer service will contact you to confirm your shipment preference – multiple shipments as products become available; or a consolidated single shipment when all products ordered are available.



Residential Shipping Options

During Checkout you will not be able to indicate if the ship to location is a business or residential address. FedEx delivers to residential addresses with no signature required unless the customer requests a signature.  Deliveries to residential addresses with no signature required become the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.  If your residential delivery requires a signature, contact MED-PASS customer service at 800-438-8884.

 

FedEx delivers to residences on Tuesday-Saturday (excluding major holidays).  Residential delivery is not available Sundays or Mondays.
