The United States Office of Management and Budget (OBM) approved CMS-R-131, which renews the Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN). Beginning June 30, 2023, the form requires an expiration date of 01/31/2026. The renewed form can be implemented immediately.
