Managing Your Account

You can manage your account information, including your email address, password or billing information at any time.

To access your account, click on "My Account" at the top right of any page on our site. You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the Account Dashboard page where you can view or edit your information. As an added security feature, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on our website. If this occurs, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your information.

Account/User Name 

Your account (or user) name is your e-mail address.

Forgotten Password

You can save the addresses you use most frequently in an address book. Each shipping address you add during Checkout will automatically be added to your address book. You can save an unlimited number of addresses. 

 
If you have an account and have forgotten your password, we can provide it for you. Simply click "Forgot Your Password?” and you will be sent to a page where you can enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you.
