Description

This Guide is intended for those who are responsible for implementing and sustaining the INTERACT Program in one or more nursing facilies. The 15 page guide provides an overview of the INTERACT Program, and an explanation of the purpose of each tool, plus strategies for overcoming barriers to implementation and sustaining care process improvement.
