How Downloadable Reference Tools are Delivered via LYNX Player
 
  1. Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll send the code(s) to unlock your products to the same email address.
  2. Within one business day, you'll receive an email from our team containing the unlock code(s). Instructions to use the code(s) will be included.
  3. Codes for reference cards can be used twice, while codes for manuals and larger toolkits can only be used once.
  4. You must download the LYNX Player app on your device to use the products. Digital products CANNOT BE PRINTED.
    • If you purchased them with the intent of printing, do NOT redeem the code(s). Contact MED-PASS for your options.

Troubleshooting

The order confirmation will be sent immediately upon purchase. If the confirmation does not arrive immediately, troubleshoot the following:
  1. Check that your email address was properly entered at the registration page.
  2. Check email spam filters for quarantined files.
  3. Check that your email server is properly functioning.

If you received the confirmation email, but cannot open the links, check your operating system security settings.
