How Downloadable Online Documents are Delivered
 
  1. Once your order is complete, an online order confirmation will appear with your order number. Please print this screen as your receipt.
  2. Your downloadable documents are accessible two ways: by the order summary in your med-pass.com account or by the links in the email confirmation.
  3. Your purchase allows access to each link a total of two (2) times.
  4. An email confirmation and a link to your purchase will be sent to the designated email address immediately. 
  5. The confirmation will contain one or more links to Microsoft Word™ (.doc) files with or without accompanying Adobe Acrobat™ (.pdf) files. The Word files are the purchased documents. Additional Acrobat files contain supplemental information (e.g., appendices, forms, recordkeeping, etc.) that accompany the Word documents and are free of charge. If you do not receive Acrobat files in your order confirmation email, then your purchased documents do not come with supplemental information.
  6. Click on the links to open the desired document(s).
  7. When prompted, it is best to click Save and save the file to the desired directory on your computer.
Troubleshooting

The order confirmation will be sent immediately upon purchase. If the confirmation does not arrive immediately, troubleshoot the following:
  1. Check that your email address was properly entered at the registration page.
  2. Check email spam filters for quarantined files.
  3. Check that your email server is properly functioning.
If you received the confirmation email, but cannot open the links, check your operating system security settings.
